Sun City has a wonderful website for its residents that documents all the activities, clubs, and a wealth of information about it. That is not what this blog is all about. Having been a resident of Sun City, Georgetown for a while, some interesting questions have come up. In talking about these with some friends, we decided we need to try to collect information from other residents about their experiences, and maybe document what we find out. So that is what this blog is all about.

We will not be duplicating any of the information already available on the wonderful Sun City Community Association website.

So here are some of the questions we’re currently researching. If you have ideas or have had experiences with these, please let us know. We’ll be writing blog posts to talk about these, and you can see those below.

Where do 55+ singles go to meet other singles?

There are “Solos” groups, but it seems like there is a small group of the same people that go to those. Where are all the rest of the singles?
